In the 2022 midterm elections we played a key role in helping defeat Joe Kent in the 3rd District. Kent, a right-wing extremist aligned with white supremacists and violent vigilante groups, lost his bid to Marie Gluesenkamp Pérez in what was considered the greatest upset of the year. Working with FUSE, the largest progressive activist organization in the state, and with The New Media Firm in Washington, DC, we developed ads featuring moderate voters speaking out against Kent’s extremism and hypocrisy. Research showed our ads were most effective in the race.
We also helped defeat Trumpster Matt Larkin in the 8th District, working with the same team.
Kurt was part of a small team that helped Fuse founder Aaron Ostrom launch more than a decade ago.
